David Celestin United Store Purchase, Refund and Returns Policy
This policy applies to purchases made through the DAVIDCELESTIN.COM United States sub-site (the “US Site”) and supplements the Global Terms of Use. By making a purchase on the US Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
Purchase Policy
Product Availability
All products listed on the US Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, consistent with applicable US consumer protection law.
Pricing
All prices on the US Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. If we discover a pricing error on an order you’ve placed, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm at the corrected price or cancel your order, in line with FTC guidance on pricing errors.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout, processed securely through our payment gateway. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Any credit card surcharges, where applied, will comply with the surcharge laws of your state, as several states restrict or regulate surcharging.
Taxes
Applicable US sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address and our tax collection obligations under applicable state and local law (including economic nexus rules following South Dakota v. Wayfair).
Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, customs).
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for products purchased directly from the US Site under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 30 days of the purchase date;
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging;
- Digital products, including courses and downloadable content, are not eligible for refund once accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable state law.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund: contact customer service, provide your order number and reason for the refund, and wait for confirmation and further instructions.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for physical products only, provided:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging;
- All accessories and free items included with the product are returned;
- You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Some states (e.g., California) require retailers to conspicuously post their return policy at the point of sale if it differs from the state’s default consumer expectations; our policy is disclosed here and at checkout to meet that standard.
Return Process
To initiate a return: contact customer service, provide your order number and reason for return, wait for a return merchandise authorization (RMA), then ship the item back to the address provided.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent). We recommend a trackable shipping service.
Inspection of Returns
Returns are inspected upon receipt. If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee, which will be disclosed at the time of return authorization as required under applicable state law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Digital Products and Services
Digital Content
Sales of community access, courses, e-books, and other downloadable content are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except as required by applicable state consumer protection law.
Subscriptions
Subscription-based services (e.g., premium community access) may be canceled at any time. Where required by state auto-renewal laws (such as California’s Automatic Renewal Law or similar statutes in other states), we will provide clear disclosure of renewal terms and an easy cancellation mechanism. Refunds for subscriptions are prorated based on the unused portion of the service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service immediately. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs, consistent with implied warranty protections under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in your state.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by state law. Consistent with US federal law (the CARD Act) and applicable state statutes, gift cards issued to US customers do not expire, and no dormancy or inactivity fees will be charged, unless your state permits otherwise and such terms are disclosed on the card.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the US Site.
